Are Camps Refundable?
Camps are refundable as follows:
Medical Cancellations: Injury/Illness before or during camp is subject to the camp director's discretion. A valid doctor's note is required.
COVID 19 Cancellations: Refunds will be issued for COVID-related cancelations. There will be a full refund less fees.
Cancellations within 2 weeks of camp will require approval.
Refunds will not be provided for no-shows.
Can I register on camp Day?
Online registration for camp closes 24 hours before the posted start time. In-person registration will require permission keeping in mind that certain camps require a negative COVID-19 (PCR) test taken within 72 hours of your arrival at camp. Where do I check-in for camp?
Check-in begins 1/2 hour before the camp's scheduled start time. Check-in takes place at Reynolds Coliseum, the main entrance by the ticketing office. This is where campers will complete paperwork. Parent and or guardian must be present at check-in.
What do I need to bring to camp?
Campers need to bring kneepads, gym shoes and dress appropriately. Be sure to bring water bottles and lunch.
We will be operating under the CDC guidelines and the policies set by North Carolina State University to provide safe sessions. Every camper and staff member will be required to wear a mask while participating in the camp. We will also be following the University's Community Standards. Each camper will also be required to complete a daily health questionnaire before coming to camp.
All multi-day programs require a negative COVID-19 (PCR) test taken within 72 hours of your arrival at camp.
