Camps are refundable as follows:
Medical Cancellations: Injury/Illness before or during camp is subject to the camp director’s discretion. A valid doctor’s note is required.
COVID 19 Cancellations: Refunds will be issued for COVID-related cancelations. There will be a full refund less fees.
Cancellations within 2 weeks of camp will require approval.
Refunds will not be provided for no-shows.
There will be a $50 administration fee for cancellations before July 1.
There will be a $75 administration fee for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to camps.
There will be no refund for no-shows.

Check-in begins 1/2 hour before the camp’s scheduled start time. Check-in takes place on the Campus of NC State University. This is where campers will complete paperwork. Parent and or guardian must be present at check-in.
Campers need to bring kneepads, gym shoes and dress appropriately. Be sure to bring water bottles and lunch.
No, all campers must remain on campus. If your athlete is a commuter they will need to bring their lunch and or dinner with them to camp.
We will be following all state, local, and university guidelines at the time of the camp
On-campus Housing will be provided
